Meet Hayley our Office Manager, AKA the backbone of the operation! ♥️

Hayley may already be a familiar face to many of our clients, having worked locally throughout her career, with over 25 years of experience in Land Agency, Planning and Surveying!

She’s the one keeping our hardworking team organised, making sure the office runs like clockwork and, most importantly, keeping our clients happy!

Having spent most of her life in Tarleton, you might spot Hayley cheering from the sidelines at rugby (usually in the rain!).

When she’s not keeping us all in check, Hayley loves spending time with her husband, son and their crazy cocker spaniel, enjoying meals out, catching up with friends and, of course, a large gin (or two!).

Another successful planning outcome secured by Wignalls Chartered Surveyors!

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for the partial change of use of an existing residential property in Preston to a private healthcare service specialising in women’s health.

The approval allows part of the property’s ground floor to be adapted to provide dedicated healthcare services, while retaining its residential use.

A fantastic result for our client, supporting the provision of specialist women’s healthcare services in the local area.
