With ten years at Revival working with insurers on property damage claims, Andrew brings valuable insight and experience to the role.

Andrew will focus on managing and supporting our loss assessors, providing guidance and helping the team deliver an outstanding service. His experience will support their work in helping customers navigate property damage insurance claims with clarity and confidence.

Away from work, Andrew enjoys a round of golf, follows United and loves spending time with Elsie, his much-loved dog.

Don’t wait for the first freezing morning to discover your heating has a problem.

An annual boiler service helps identify faults and keep your heating working safely and efficiently. For a gas boiler, use a Gas Safe registered engineer.

If an undetected fault causes a water leak, the resulting damage could lead to a home insurance claim. A heating failure during freezing weather could also leave pipes vulnerable to freezing and bursting.

The boiler repair itself may require separate boiler or home emergency cover. Maintenance-related faults may be excluded, and servicing requirements can apply.

Are your radiators ready for winter? 🌡️

Radiators cold at the top or slow to warm up? Trapped air could be stopping hot water from circulating properly, leaving you with colder rooms and wasted energy.

Skipping radiator bleeding alone doesn’t automatically cause an insurance claim. However, maintenance checks are also an opportunity to spot leaking valves or corrosion. An unnoticed leak could damage flooring, ceilings and belongings, potentially leading to an escape-of-water claim.
