Tip of the week 🙌

We hope you have all enjoyed the beautiful sunshine over the last few days ☀️

We received a few calls over the weekend off people who had come to open up patio & bifolds doors that hadn’t been opened during the winter & struggled to then to use the locks later.

Please do ensure that you regularly open these doors & give the lock a good spray to lubricate to ensure it doesn’t seize up which often results in snapping keys or breaking the mechanism altogether.

Have you recently moved house or planning to be doing soon ? 🏡

Happy Monday

We hope you’ve enjoyed a little bit of sunshine over the last week as it began to feel a little bit like spring ☀️

We were lucky enough to have two full days of sunshine whilst fitting these parking posts at a local garage in order to prevent people parking in front of their premises & blocking their forecourt 💪

Not only do we fit parking posts but we install alarms cctv & of course we are locksmiths 🔑

The first Monday of 2026 & we hope you’ve all had a lovely festive break.

What a cold start we’ve all woken up to❄️if you have one of our driveway parking posts installed & the lock is frozen we advise you to pour some hot water over the lock for 5-10 seconds and then flush the lock with WD40.

Please do remember to be regularly lubrucating the lock in the posts especially during adverse weather conditions 🥶

We had a very tough job on today fitting these four posts 💪

Due to the increase in vehicle thefts in our area recently , our customer located in Bramhall took the sensible decision to get us in to instal as a precautionary measure 🚗

Don’t they look smart too !! 🙌

Happy Monday everyone,

We thought we would share a little about our ourselves & our business.

Anthony started working doing his apprenticeship as locksmith in a local company way back in 1986 where he was trained by very experienced locksmiths.

In 1997 he left & started up his own business, which has gone from strength to strength.

Back in the 90s we didn’t have social media to promote ourselves & relied on just the yellow pages & recommendations.

We then began doing house alarms , cctv & driveway parking posts as the demand for a higher level of security became apparent.

What Anthony doesn’t know about locks isn’t worth knowing he has so many years of experience & keeps up to date with new security products.

In our personal life we have been married 32years , we have two beautiful daughters who have now left home & have always supported the business. We also have a 20 month old grandson who is the apple of his grandads eye, in fact he now has his own toy tool set regularly following Anthony round with his drill.
Who knows one day he may become a locksmith himself.
