We started a new project this week 😅refurbishing and modernising a barn conversion,The building was used as a Barn for a farm for almost a 150 years and converted into a home about 20 years ago, We will be doing a complete modernisation which will include many projects😁The first job was to rip out the existing laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining room and replace with Porcelain tiles to be in keeping with the stone floor look but with a more modern look (The skirting and architraves will be replaced aswell to complement the old but modern look)

Another Extension Ticked off and finished this week 😁 (The pillars to the side of the Bifold doors are to be rendered still next week tho)

The work consisted of building a new extension and opening up the old one to make one big space

The work took 8 weeks from start to finish and has massively increased the size of the property
