The extension will certainly be toasty with all the insulation required to meet building regulations approval these days .

What a two weeks for the family team of olly & nige on the extension in potton , Bedfordshire.
In 2 weeks existing shed / fencing / shrubs beds removed , new large soakaway & run dug , 25 tons of oversite / foundation dig , 10 tons of concrete foundations done , new sewer runs done, old outside toilet stripped out & new concrete floor done , footings done , 5 tons of tyoe 1 hardcore laid & compacted , 150mm steel re inforced concrete slab done .

All in 8 days 😱.

Now olly going on young's builders 11 week break in africa , where im sure will have an amazing time .
By the time he returns the wet room / utility extension will be finished .

Both our house renovation projects in Bedfordshire making > progress
Biggleswade : new stairs installed, large load bearing wall between kitchen & lounge removed + steel / post installed creating a lovely big family kitchen / dinning / social space , multiple other new structural openings / new walls created .
Westoning : 2nd fix electrics , decorating, new porcelain patio & much more .

Busy run in on both up to x mas & then January (new external doors / plasterboarding / new quality oak doors etc at Biggleswade & at westoning continue 2nd fix electrics/ decorating / new heating system / hard landscaping/ new kitchen /tiling / new bathroom / new electric garage doors etc
