📍 Howdens, Totton, Southampton

A full car park refresh to bring the bay lines back up to scratch!

The M&B team worked through the night, refreshing the markings across the entire car park and leaving the bays looking crisp, clear and well defined.

Everyday wear takes its toll on car park markings. A refresh like this brings definition back to the spaces and gives the whole site a smarter appearance.

Making way for new parent and child bays at
📍Central Car Park in Guildford.

The M&B team used a HCA lance to remove the existing hatching before setting out the new bay layout.

Before, during and after at 📍Hamble School.

From a blank surface to careful measuring and setting out, every stage matters when creating a clear and accurate layout.

The finished drop-off area now includes clearly defined parking bays, access hatching and ‘WAIT’ markings, helping to create an organised and safer space for the school.

Meet Adam Brighouse, the driving force behind M&B and the Director and Founder who along side Sam keeps the business moving forward.

From managing the day-to-day running of the company to jumping on the tools for a change of scenery, Adam ensures everything operates safely, smoothly and efficiently, both behind the scenes and on the ground.

Alongside his role at M&B, Adam is a dedicated family man. His family is a huge driving force behind his determination to make the business a success.

Adam and fellow Director Sam have been good friends for over 15 years, creating the strong foundations of trust, loyalty and shared ambition on which M&B has been built.

His commitment, leadership and ability to focus on the “boring” but vital bits plays a vital role in keeping the business moving forward and making M&B what it is today.

All six car park floors and surrounding junctions are now complete, with the final red lines adding a bold finishing touch to the project.

At the heart of M&B is our Director and Founder, Sam. While he leads the business, you’ll rarely find him sitting behind a desk - he’s usually out on site with the team. In fact, you can’t get him off the tools for love nor money!

Sam is passionate about delivering high quality road marking solutions and believes in leading by example. Whether he’s supporting the team on live projects, mentoring new starters, or sharing the techniques and knowledge he’s built up over years in the industry, his hands on approach helps ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.

His commitment to quality, teamwork, and developing the next generation of road marking professionals is a big part of what makes M&B what it is today.
