🚨 WE’RE HIRING – PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR 🚨
We’re looking for a reliable multi-trade contractor to join our team carrying out reactive maintenance work across our properties.
📍 Work based around the Portsmouth / Southampton area
🔧 The role includes:
General property repairs
Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, etc.)
Basic carpentry (doors, locks, repairs)
Basic electrics (light fittings, minor faults)
Lock changes and other maintenance jobs
✅ You must:
Have experience in property maintenance / multi-trade work
Have your own tools & vehicle
Be reliable, professional, and able to work on your own
Take pride in your work and problem solving
💰 Good rates of pay – ongoing work available for the right person
