Another flat roof transformation completed by DL Roofing Specialists & Sons. 👌

This roof had been suffering from severe ponding due to an incorrect fall installed by a previous contractor. Water was unable to drain away effectively, leaving standing water across the roof and increasing the risk of leaks and premature roof failure.

Our team carried out a full roof replacement, including:

✅ Stripped the existing roof back to the original substrate
✅ Installed new firring timbers to create the correct falls
✅ Fitted new OSB roof decking throughout
✅ Installed a new three-layer torch-on felt roofing system
✅ Installed new guttering, redirecting the water to the front elevation to ensure efficient drainage

The difference speaks for itself. The roof now drains correctly, eliminating the standing water and providing a durable, weatherproof finish built to last.

The client had two tank houses on the main roof which he wanted something a bit different installed ,also including an access hatch for maintenance.
Couple of days on the train and bikes to get to the job we are over the moon with the end result and so is the client!👍🏻💪🏻✅

🏡 ⚒️ Denmead job completed this week for our customer the main roof was the main job but asked us if we could help revamp his balcony roof as was leaking which we had to rip up completely and re deck.
Really happy how it turned out. 💪🏻
