Our partnership with TinyLife has helped us better understand the reality families can face when a baby needs neonatal care.

While neonatal leave isn't currently a statutory entitlement in Northern Ireland, we've chosen to introduce our own policy to give eligible colleagues extra support when their family needs it most.

It’s an important addition to our family-friendly policies and one we believe can make a real difference to our people.

Recently, some of the Irwin team swapped the office for Cranfield Beach for a morning of beach cleaning 🏖️

With Carlingford Lough on one side and the Mourne Mountains providing a dramatic backdrop, it was an idyllic setting to get stuck into some litter picking.

Thanks to everyone who took part and left the beach a little bit tidier than we found it 🩵

We're proud to announce that Irwin M&E has been appointed to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health package for the redevelopment of Fermanagh Lakeland Forum.

The existing facility will make way for a brand-new Passivhaus certified leisure centre, designed to deliver exceptional performance, sustainability and a first-class experience for the local community.

From complex MEP systems to energy-efficient solutions, Irwin will play a key role in bringing this ambitious new facility to life.

We're looking forward to working alongside GRAHAM Group and the wider project team to create a development that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

We’ve loved joining TinyLife at their Teddy Bears’ Picnics at Stormont and Antrim Castle Gardens this summer.

Story time, parachute games, PPE dress-up and plenty of smiles - with Aisling from our team bringing Ellie Sparks & Mike Pipe: The Brilliant Build to life for the little ones 📖👷

It was also lovely to welcome Jason Pedlow and his family, another member of the Irwin team, along for the fun.
