A big milestone reached for our newest qualified apprentices!

Over the past few years they've balanced learning, training and hands-on experience to get to this point, and we had the chance to recognise their achievement during our Big Picture sessions.

A fantastic afternoon at Lyons Karting for our annual Apprentice Mixer 🏁

Last Friday, over 40 apprentices, managers and supervisors came together for an action-packed afternoon of team building, connection and friendly competition.

From paintballing and pizza, to some competitive go-karting on the track, it was a brilliant opportunity for apprentices from across the business to meet other trades, share experiences and build relationships beyond their day-to-day teams.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the event such a success.

It was great to see so much teamwork, laughter and support throughout the afternoon - a real reflection of the strong community we’re continuing to build through our Emerge Apprenticeship Scheme.

Last week, teams from across Irwin came together at our Portadown office for our inaugural Company Info Sessions: The Big Picture.

Every department had the opportunity to share what they've been working on, where things are right now and what's in store for the future.

Alongside the business updates, we also celebrated employee achievements, apprenticeship successes and long-service milestones.

We are incredibly proud to present an amazing £38,142.50 to TinyLife following our Golf Day.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event and donated, Rockmount Golf Club for their fantastic hospitality, and every golfer who took part and helped make the day such a success.

This is the largest single fundraising event in Irwin history and we are delighted that it is going to such a worthy cause.
