We dont just do roofs here at bcc roofing🫡 a client we had done some roofing repairs for asked if we could help with his driveway. It was to steep almost impossible to get up. He also wanted a retaining wall built out of sleepers. We took out 10 tonnes of earth to create a more gradual slope, poured a step footing either side to create a level base , anchored the sleepers into the footing, anchored the wall using coach bolts with threaded bar attached to steel bars further up the slope, concreted in place to support the weight of the earth, added an additional step and finished it all off with some Norwegian granite

The ridge board on this property had snapped, pushing the fascia & wall plate off the building and pushing the ceiling down, an accident waiting to happen!
We jacked the ceiling joists up with akros, picked them up with twist hangers and completely re cut the roof

Ivy removal facia,barge & capping restoration & part renewal On this old garden shed giving it years more life.
Sanded down and given 3 coats of walnut saddolin and a lead ridge& saddles installed

Terrible condensation and mould problems at this property caused by inadequate insulation, especially at the eaves causing condensation. We stripped it out, cleaned it out, insulated to meet today's values, roll out tray and ofv's for ventilation, new facias & gutters and leadwork.
