A bathroom that does not look like it came from a showroom. 🛁

We were brought in to design and fit this bathroom as part of a wider flat refurbishment, working around a warm, textured palette, rich tiling, bespoke storage, and brushed gold fittings throughout that give the space a proper sense of finish.

The storage is fully bespoke, fitted around the space rather than squeezed into it, with a floating vanity unit and a tall cupboard that keeps everything tucked away without breaking up the room. Paired with the brushed gold taps, shower head, and towel rail, the details do a lot of the work in making the space feel considered rather than just functional.

It is a good reminder that a bathroom refurbishment does not need to be plain to be practical. The right materials and finishes can make a small space feel genuinely high end.

A tired kitchen just got a whole new lease of life. 🏡

This flat is still mid renovation throughout, but our part of the job is done. We extended the kitchen onto the neighbouring wall to open up the layout, fitted brand new worktops, and added a sleek extractor hood above the hob. The result is a space that finally works properly, with plenty of room to cook, wash up, and move around.

Shaker style cabinetry in a soft neutral tone, brushed brass handles, and a striking dark stone worktop bring it all together. Add in a bright picture window over the sink and this kitchen feels like the heart of the home already, even with the rest of the flat still being finished around it.

Buyers and valuers tend to respond most to a well planned layout, decent storage, and finishes that will not look dated within a few years, rather than expensive fittings on their own. A poorly laid out bathroom with a beautiful suite still reads as a poorly laid out bathroom.
