⭐️A Star Transformation for a Music Legend!⭐️

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with the incredibly lovely, world-renowned singer Sam Brown (yes - THE Sam Brown!!!) on a deeply sentimental upholstery restoration! 🎶✨

This gorgeous vintage armchair came into the workshop looking tired, with its springs completely gone and the old fabric worn away. Because it’s a piece with so much history and personal meaning, it needed a complete, traditional top-to-bottom rebuild.

Sam chose the breathtaking "Peacock Gold" velvet from the Fibre Naturelle New West range, and wow... what a choice! 😍 The rich, luminous gold perfectly highlights that stunning deep-buttoned back and the intricate, carved woodwork.
It was an absolute joy to bring this piece back to life for someone so wonderful. Scroll through the photos below to see the journey from stripped-back frame to studio-ready perfection!

Trust the process... 🛠️🤩🚐

Swipe to see the transformation of this Fiat Ducato motorhome! We stripped back the old, worn interior and replaced it with the gorgeous, textured "Ocean" fabric from the Holborn Collection by Ross Fabrics.

The original dated patterns are gone, replaced with a sleek, modern look that completely transforms the feel of the cabin and living area. We are obsessed with the final result! 🌊✨

Brightening Up the Home! 🏠✨

Now that we’re back in full swing, we couldn't wait to share this stunning collection we recently finished for a customer.

This project was all about the details! We had the pleasure of recovering this beautiful armchair and matching footstool duo, and creating custom cushion covers to perfectly complement the set. The customer provided this fantastic fabric, which bring such a vibrant pop of colour and lightness to the room. It’s amazing how the right pattern can really tie a whole space together! 🧵🎨

Meet the Newest Member of the JV Upholstery Team! 🎀

You might have noticed we’ve been a little quiet on here lately, and we have the best possible excuse! We are absolutely thrilled to announce the arrival of Jak’s (or as many of you know him, “Dave”) beautiful daughter—and John’s granddaughter!

She has already been spoiled with endless love and laughter. As a family-founded and family-run business, we truly value these precious moments, and we’ve been soaking up every second of family time. Don't worry, we aren't teaching her how to use the staple gun just yet! 😂

We are back in the workshop and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on. We have some very exciting projects coming up soon, so stay tuned!
