The team has 30 years experience in the construction industry having worked all over the country in various aspect of the industry. Stage 3 of the Catio build to completion

* Decking completed.
* Fitted galvanised steel mesh to the run and main structure.
* Fitted twinwall polycarbonate waterproof roof to the run and first section to the main area - so they have some protection from the rain.
* Full height door fitted.
* More shelves, steps and platforms added.
* Customer added seating and a little table so they can sit and spend time in the catio with the kittens.

Stage 2 of the Catio build

* Started to lay the decking floor.
* Put in the 2 4x4 timber posts to erect the shelving on.
* Build the structure for the run from the cat flap.
* Customer started to paint the wooden structure before the wire mesh was put on but the timber is pressure treated so painting is not required but Sadolin Supdec was used which gives an 8 to 10 year protection.
* Started to install some of the shelves.

Just completed a luxury catio for a lady with 2 house cats. This project was fun from start to finish and glad to say the two kittens love it.

Stage 1 - This is the start of the project :

* Deciding where the cat flap was to go on the back of the house - coming out of the office on the 1st floor
* Taking up the old gravel and membrane and leveling the floor area for the base
* Replacing the membrane and putting the gravel back on the new membrane.
* Creating the framework for the catio.
* Putting down the supporting timbers for the decking.

Fibre Cement Boards / Cladding - Lots of colours available

Extremely resistant to all weather conditions with little need for regular maintenance, fibre cement cladding is one of the most practical solutions for weatherproofing building facades.

Perhaps the biggest incentive for working with fibre cement cladding is its performance in different weather conditions. Be it rain, snow or even tropical heat, fibre cement cladding panels will neither feel or show any significant deterioration if installed correctly.

Fibre cement weatherboard is resistant to algae, rot and bacteria. The planks absorb and release moisture for unlimited cycles without affecting durability.

Unlike timber cladding, fibre cement boards will not rot, warp or crack over time from rain exposure. Likewise, when its sunny outside the UV resistance of fibre cement means your cladding will keep in pristine condition for many years to come.

We also construct these bespoke catio / cat runs. This run was made for two beautiful Chincilla Persian's, who now have a safe outdoor run which they can use anytime of the year.

Whatever you require, we can build it, adapting to fit all homes and gardens. All materials we use are cat/pet safe.

These bespoke runs can also be made for dogs, to enable them to have an outdoor space which is safe and accessible when you choose.
