Due to prolonged water ingress caused by the balcony of the Flat above no longer being waterproof, the ceiling of the Flat below collapsed. The roof has been renewed and internal works have been carried out.

We carried out the following services to enable this transformation to take place -

1. Preparation of the Schedule of Building Works

2. Tender Analysis – the works were tendered to 4 building Contractors.

3. Project Management & Contract Administration

Always inspect flat roofs annually. Their design makes them more prone to pooling and leakage.Look out for early signs: damp patches, ceiling discoloration, and musty odours.Don’t delay repairs—a small roof issue can snowball into costly internal damage.

The property in Canford Cliffs has been approved for the change of use of the building from offices, along with an extension to form a 3 no. bedroom detached house.
