We’re excited to announce that Sandbanks Construction Ltd is now Smiths Building & Property Services Ltd.

This change reflects who we are today—a family business built on trust, craftsmanship, and personal service. While our name has changed, our commitment to delivering high-quality building and property services remains exactly the same.

Same dedication. Same quality. Just a name that feels more like home 🏡

Here are some photos of one of our recent projects.
After we had completed the full property renovation and the back garden landscaping, our client asked us to complete his property by carrying out the landscaping to the front of the property.

This consisted of supplying and installing:
▪️High grade artificial grass
▪️Floodlights
▪️Pulley football net to prevent the football travelling towards the property and vehicles.
▪️2 vehicle car port
▪️Front porch
▪️2 Electric vehicle charging points
▪️Designed and built a bespoke shed to make use of a wasted space.

And finally for the driveway we used Modal X Smooth blocks in silver grey and charcoal.

If you look closely in the first photo you can see the golf simulator building we constructed last year ⛳️
