This water feature had been leaking from the moment it was built. After years of frustration, the homeowner finally made an insurance claim — and called us in to start from scratch. What we found when we stripped it back told the whole story. Weak concrete riddled with voids. A liner simply draped and backfilled. Pipework buried in bare soil with zero sealing. It was never going to hold water. Not ever. So we demolished everything. Broke out the failed concrete core, stripped the site back to bare ground, and rebuilt it properly. The result is a natural Purbeck stone cascade across multiple levels, water sheeting across warm golden stone before dropping into an existing formal pond. Spotlit at night. Built to last decades. From a feature that had never worked, to one that stops you in your tracks. 🪨 This is what we do. ⬇️

What a transformation. Another technically challenging project. The addition of this waterfall to an existing pond replacing the old and dated original waterfall. Constructed from reclaimed Portland stone. #
