A complete transformation from basic to luxury.

This bathroom renovation redefines the space from the ground up. A tired, dated room has been transformed into a bespoke, design-led bathroom that blends natural materials with refined luxury.

Recycled oak beams, artisan tiling and a statement freestanding bath create a calm, spa-like atmosphere, while the solid live-edge timber vanity introduces warmth, texture and individuality. Every element has been carefully considered — from the lighting and layout to the finishes and fittings — resulting in a space that feels timeless, elegant and truly one of a kind.

This is our latest bespoke bathroom project that was designed and built by Otto Property Developments.

All parts of this project were individually sourced, designed and crafted to create this unique and inviting space.

Everything was completely replaced from the floorboards and walls, to the ceilings and the oak beams.

Underfloor heating was installed for maximum efficiency and comfort.

Distinctive, stylish sanitary ware was sourced for touches of individuality.

The carved solid granite basin rests on the beautiful oak and resin counter that was specially designed and created by us.

We were given free rein on design and ex*****on and used different colours, textures, shapes and patterns of tiles to create an imaginative layout.

Finishing touches include an unusual radiator, copper accessories and ambient mood lighting.

It’s been a very busy couple of months for us at Otto Property Developments.

This is just one of the exciting projects we have recently completed. This particular one was for one of our very happy returning customers.

This was much bigger than just your standard kitchen refit. We replaced the entire roof including new timbers, slates, skylight and guttering. Removed an old chimney stack to create more space, vaulted the ceiling, treated the damp issues then re-plastered, re-plumbed, re-wired, re-tiled, fitted new units and tops to create this beautiful, bright, modern kitchen.
