PEA VINER DRIVER REQUIRED

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a day or night driver to join our vining team to start middle of June till September. The required applicant would have be willing to work 12 - 14 hour shift 7 days a week operating a ploeger viner harvesting 5200 acre of timed peas across Yorkshire for Sainsbury’s and Hartleys
Excellent rates of pay and the ability to grow as part of a team.

FULL TIME SPRAYER OPERATOR REQUIRED

Due too an increase in acreage we require a full time sprayer operator to start in March. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for operating our Agrifac Condor 36m machine on our 3500 acre farming and contracting operation. The operator will be required to spray potato’s, vining peas, wheat, barley, sugar beet, maize and spinach. The candidate must be self motivated, work as part of a growing team and be able to work to a high standard. PA1 and PA2 is essential. PA4s would be an advantage but not essential.

Other duties may include:
• operating a GT170 potato harvester.
• operating a Ploeger pea viner
• land work and drilling with vaderstad 6m
• potato planting
• service and maintenance
