🤝 IT TAKES A TEAM!

The Warehouse might be where products are stored and orders are prepared, but the team doesn't work in isolation.

Every day, our Warehouse Team works closely with colleagues across Instarmac – from Production and Sales to Logistics and Transport.

Why?

Because getting an order from our site to a customer involves a lot of moving parts.

Good communication helps make sure everyone knows:

📦 What needs to be picked
📍 Where it needs to go
⏰ When it's needed
🚛 How it's getting there

When everyone works together, things move.

And that's exactly what makes our teams across Instarmac so important.

Different departments. One team. One goal.

👋 MEET THE WAREHOUSE TEAM!

Our Warehouse Team is made up of people with different roles, skills and experience – but they all have one thing in common…

They know how to keep things moving! 📦🚛

From receiving and storing products to picking, preparing and loading orders, every member of the team plays an important part in the process.

Over the coming days, we’ll be getting to know some of the team a little better – finding out what they do, what they enjoy about their roles and what it’s really like working in the Warehouse.

Because behind every pallet, every order and every delivery, there’s a person making it happen.

💚 World Mental Health Day | 10 October

Today, we’re recognising World Mental Health Day and the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing, both in and out of the workplace.

At Instarmac, we believe that creating a supportive environment starts with looking out for one another, taking the time to listen and remembering that it’s always okay to ask for help.

Sometimes, a simple conversation, a friendly check-in or taking a moment for yourself can make a real difference.

Let’s continue to break down the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open conversations and remind those around us that they’re never alone. 💚

📦 SO, WHAT DOES THE WAREHOUSE TEAM ACTUALLY DO?

You might think the Warehouse is simply where products are stored until they’re needed.

But there’s a lot more to it than that!

Our Warehouse Team plays a vital role in making sure products are:

📍 Stored safely and efficiently
📦 In the right place
🎯 Picked accurately
🚛 Ready for dispatch
⏰ Delivered when they’re needed

They’re also constantly communicating with other teams across the business to make sure everything stays on track.

It’s a fast-paced environment where organisation, teamwork and attention to detail really matter.

And when thousands of products are moving through the business, getting it right is essential.
