Tanking job with sand and cement all ready for skimming in this conservatory.

Hacked off all the previous render/plaster.

Applied two coats of tanking membrane to the block work and the stone behind it. This will eliminate the pe*******on of water and salts coming through.

Two coats of sand & cement render applied.

1 more visit left for skimming to get this finished.

A small bay window ceiling had blown and the plaster cracked and started falling off.
Removed the plaster from the laths and fitted new plasterboard and then skimmed. All ready for decorating now 👌

Timber frame and joists fitted and ceiling boarded. Walls dot and dabbed and all skimmed ready for decorating.
