Bathroom refurbishment from start to finish . List of work done :
1. Removing and installing new lights plus extractor fan
2. Removing the existing toilet pan and cistern
3. Removing and installing wash hand basin
4. removing normal radiator and installing towel radiator
5. Remedi issues with soil stack and vent ( roof tiles had to be adjusted as well )
6. Insulation on both cold and hot plus heating pipework .
7. New layout of basin and bathroom waste pipework
8. Removing 19.5 kW electric shower unit and installing thermostatic shower unit

Local restaurant flooded evening time due to fault with drain/sump pump . Motor have been inspected and unfortunately beyond repair . The whole unit have been replaced the next day with three year manufacturer warranty for pease in mind . The next day business was back and running . Few improvements have been noted and shared with customer .
