Here’s a local project we’re currently working on in the City Centre 🙌🏼

Our team have been busy carrying out extensive external repairs and upgrade works 🔨

Big shout out to Lewis scaffolding services for our safe access 🔧

Has anyone noticed us 🫡

Exmouth Community College 🏫

We were instructed to carry out various renovations and upgrade works across the college for our longest-standing client 🔨

Not all projects have a huge transformation but nonetheless they’re equally as important 💪🏼

Next phase of words secured here for October half-term 🫡

Another project successfully completed for Devon Partnership NHS Trust over the summer 🫡

We turned the open plan office space into separate clinical rooms & office spaces, as well as carrying out various other works across the site which were instructed retrospectively 🔨

Following the successful completion of this project, we have since received multiple tender enquiries from our returning client which we’re hope to secure in the coming weeks 🤞🏼

Here is our finished project at St Cuthbert Mayne School in Torquay which we shared back in July 🤩

This project we finished ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work & great planning from our entire supply chain 🔨

Our client was very happy with the finished results and so were we 🫡

Before & afters ⤵️

24/09/2026

After our busiest summer yet with 12 projects all starting between June & July it’s time to start showing what we have been up to 🫡

First up we have Pennycross Primary School before ➡️ afters, where we refurbished two student toilets, an accessible toilet / shower & kitchen 🔨

This project was instructed very late in the summer, although we still managed to complete it on time & within budget ⏱️

Another satisfied client with their new facilities, none of which would be possible without the hard work of our supply chain 👏🏼

St Cuthbert Mayne School, Torquay 📍

This is our largest project that we have on this summer for our returning client, with the biggest challenge being the timeframe with the summer holidays 🤯

We only have 6wks to complete the following:
• Install safe access (reception elevation to follow).
• Replace numerous single-glazed crittall windows with new aluminium frames & glazing.
• Replace six large single-glazed crittall curtain walling panels, with new aluminium frames & glazing.
• Installation of new composite cladding across both towers.
• Unlicensed asbestos removals.
• Internal plastering & decoration works.
• Replacement of floor coverings to various classrooms.
• External masonry repairs & full redecoration.
• Full elevation clean-down.
• Strike the scaffolding & clear site.

This project will test our patience no doubt, although we’re fully prepared & ready to tackle this head-on 🫡

Looking forward to seeing the before & afters in just over a months time 🤩

Here’s another project that we’ve started this month, which is one of the largest schemes that we’ll be tackling this summer over @ Teign School in Newton Abbot 🔨

This is by far the largest roofing scheme that we’ve carried out to date (pictures don’t do it justice) & one that we cannot wait to get stuck into for a new client of ours 🤩

Works that will take place over the next 9 weeks:
- Full roof clean & biocide treatment.
- Roofing survey, followed by various upgrade works.
- Replacement & modernising existing velux windows.
- Repair works to the existing rainwater-goods.
- External canopy removals.
- Asbestos removals (specialist contractor).
- Various drylining & decoration works, following internal water damage across various classrooms.

We would like to shout out Lewis scaffolding services for their continued hard-work & support to our business, especially with turning this full wrap-around scaffolding out in just two days 🤯

The lads at House Wash Pro have worked tirelessly this week in difficult conditions, although they’ve still made great progress with the roof clean ☀️💪🏼

Keep your eyes peeled for more projects due to kick-off in the coming weeks 👀

Great progress made so far at Oaklands Court in Tiverton for Devon Partnership NHS Trust 💪🏼

The team & our supply chain have been busy over the past two weeks turning this first-floor open plan office space into additional clinical rooms for our respected client.

We have a busy few weeks ahead to wrap up this project on time & on budget ✅

We have another 8 projects due to commence this month & new tenders to return, it’s looking to be a very busy summer 🙌🏼

St Margaret’s Church, Topsham - Before & Afters 📸

All of us here at KS Contracts LTD are over the moon with the outcome of this prestigious project that we completed a couple months ago 🤩

Although we cannot take credit for the design, we will take credit for bringing the concept into reality! So, thank you to our dedicated team & supply chain for their hard work & attention to detail 🔨

Our client is already making the most of their new facilities with key events hosted, with amazing feedback from the community as a whole

This was our largest project to date, however we have now secured two projects which surpass this & will run simultaneously this summer, alongside many others 📈

25/06/2026

We have been prepping for our busiest period to date coming up at KS Contracts LTD. Here’s one of many new projects that we started earlier this month in Totnes for Bloor Homes.

The team & supply chain will be busy over the new next few months carrying out remedial works across a dozen high-end bespoke homes, whilst they are occupied.

It might not be one of those projects with a huge transformation on completion, nonetheless it’s still an important project to us & even more so the homeowners.

Keep your eyes peeled for more projects in the coming weeks…
