⭐️ Made from Accoya wood, finished with a Teknos stain and completed with multi-point locking and handles from Coastal Group, it’s looking superb!

☀️ We’re just over half-way through 2026 already! We’ve undertaken small jobs, regular jobs and our biggest project to date… Grade II listed Oldway Mansion in Paignton!

⭐️ Here’s just a few photos to see the enormity of the building, how it was in days gone by and some of the ongoing work we have been carrying out replacing and restoring over 160 of the historic windows and doors to help return it to its former glory!

🤩 Our lovely client moved into a house with a spiral staircase but needed it replacing with something more conventional…..

🤩 Well, Rawlings Joinery to the rescue…. et voilà! 🦸‍♂️ Here we have the perfect solution…. a whole new staircase, balustrades, understairs cupboard and complemented with a new wall handrail too which was fitted after these photos!

🤩 Designed, manufactured and installed by our skilled team of professional tradespeople, it’s looking fantastic and our client is absolutely thrilled with the transformation and the service provided by the whole team!

🤩 Crafted in our workshop using Accoya wood, paint-sprayed with a Teknos colour-match and topped off with ironmongery from Coastal Group; it’s all going to look perfect in its new home!
