⭐ Brazilian graphite slate.
⭐ 2 RES-TEC flexitec flat roofs installed.
⭐ All new lead detail.
⭐ Mechanically fixed dry ridge.
⭐ New black ogee black guttering and downpipes.
⭐ 14 solar panels installed working alongside Mole Energy.

Some recent smaller projects wrapped up by the team over that last week in Plymouth which include

⭐️ 2 flat roofs installed with a 2 layer torch on felt system both come with 15 year Guarentee.
⭐️ Lead valley renewal.
⭐️ Kyten verge installation to man made cement fibre slate verge.
⭐️ Black UPVC soffits, facias and guttering installed.
⭐️ Black weathershield paint applied to old wooden detail.
⭐️ Rear tenement renewal re using the old Cornish delable slate, replacing any damaged, renewing felt and batten, and new clay ridge tiles.
