Cherry Block | Teignmouth 🏗️

This one is only just getting started…

We’re heading to Teignmouth to begin work at Cherry Block, an older block of flats that’s now getting a bit of a makeover. Working alongside Classic Builders, we’ll be installing a new External Wall Insulation system to help improve the building’s thermal performance and give the outside a completely fresh look.

The system will be:

🧱 Rockwool insulation
🎨 Mapei silicone render

The end result should make a big difference for the people living there, helping to keep their homes warmer through the winter and cooler during the summer, while giving the building a much-needed facelift.

We’re still in the early stages, but we’re looking forward to getting stuck into this one and seeing the transformation over the coming weeks.

A big thanks to Classic Builders for getting us involved, and to Rockwool and Mapei for supplying two systems we’re very familiar with.

We’ll get some photos from site once things are underway. 👀

Another one from the list… | Hepworth House, Plymouth 🏠

Following on from our Noss on Dart update, here’s another project the team have been busy working on.

This time we’re staying closer to home at Hepworth House in Plymouth, where we’re working alongside Obedair on this beautiful older building and its new three-storey extension to the rear.

For this project, we’re applying a SAS Pro Rend Silicone Render System.

It’s always nice to see an older building brought together with a new extension, and we think the render finish is going to make a real difference once everything is complete.

Great to be working alongside Obedair Construction on this one, and using SAS Pro Rend, a system we know well.

We’ve still got plenty more projects to catch up on, so keep an eye out for the next one. 👀

We’ve been busy… 👀 | Noss on Dart, Dartmouth

It’s been a little while since our last update on here — mainly because we’ve been keeping pretty busy behind the scenes!

Over the last few months, the team have been working on some huge projects right across the South West, and we’ve got plenty to show you. Over the next week or so, we’ll be sharing some of the projects we’ve been working on. First up is Noss on Dart Marina in Dartmouth 🌊

We’re currently on site working alongside DNA, part of the Ark Group, on this impressive new residential development overlooking the River Dart. The development will feature 44 premium apartments, and it’s certainly not a bad location to spend your working day!

Our part of the project is the External Wall Insulation and silicone render, using:

🧱 Rockwool insulation
🎨 Mapei silicone render

The project is progressing nicely and it’s great to see the building starting to take shape.

A big thanks to DNA and the Ark Group for having us involved, and to Rockwool and Mapei for supplying systems and products we know and trust.

Keep an eye out over the next few days as we start catching up on some of the other projects the team have been busy working on. 👀

🏝️ Isles of Scilly Project Complete 🏥

We’re proud to say our External Wall Insulation project at St Mary’s Hospital on the Isles of Scilly is now complete — and what a fantastic project it’s been to be part of. 👏

Not long after we finished our works, Prince William officially visited and opened the new healthcare facility, which has been described as a huge step forward for healthcare on the islands.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working on the Isles of Scilly. The views are incredible, the community has been so welcoming, and we’re delighted with how the project has turned out. Huge credit to everyone involved. 💪
