Final bits of scaffolding being erected before the lads make a start. This job is the removal of a secret valley and gutter system which is leaking and causing issues internally.

Planning permission and building control arranged and in place for client and now a new flat warm roof system will be put in place to provide a solution to the clients roofing issues.

Creating homes that work better for modern family living.

This recently completed extension in Manadon, Plymouth completely transformed the way our clients use their home.

The brief was to create a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space by removing the existing kitchen and dining area and incorporating the garage into one seamless, functional living area. The result is a contemporary space that balances practicality with high-quality design.

Key features of the project include:
• A spacious open-plan layout
• A bespoke modern kitchen with a large central island
• Three oversized sliding doors, bringing in an abundance of natural light
• Warm oak flooring and carefully selected finishes throughout
• Thoughtfully designed lighting to enhance the living and dining areas

One of the biggest challenges was installing several large structural steel beams in a property with restricted access. Through careful planning and close collaboration with our trusted team of specialists, we successfully delivered the project over a three-month period to the highest standard.

We're incredibly proud of the finished result, but what matters most is how our clients feel about their new home.
