Project recently completed in Plympton.
Load bearing wall removed between living room and kitchen to create open plan space.
Floor joists supported , wall removed and new steelwork fitted to re-support first floor joists.
Ceiling counter battened , re wired for new spotlights and boarded out.
New space plastered ready for fresh decoration.
New plywood subfloor fitted before Herringbone vinyl laid throughout ground floor plan.
New skirtings and architraves fitted to complement new flooring.
New Howdens matte white kitchen installed to finish

Been a bit behind on posting , project recently finished in Southway.
Existing raised decking was completely rotten out with an unsupported timber cabin collapsing in on itself.
Removed and disposed all existing timber work and cabin , and built up concrete piers to support new timber cabin properly without sitting on the new decking. New decking framework constructed and finished with half grip-deck boards and half standard for a non slip decking. New staircase constructed and all finished off with timber handrails and steel wire balustrades 👌🏻

Project recently finished consisting of construction of a new media wall. Existing gas fire removed and capped off accordingly , existing laminate flooring and skirtings removed. New media wall built and plastered. Coving fitted along the top to give that fully built in look. fitted out with new electric fire , alcove for PlayStation and sky box with brushed cable outlets , dimmable led lighting under the shelving , storage either side in the alcoves with stone white tops. New ‘the frame’ tv mounted. Fluted panelling to the back of the shelving. Main light removed and replaced with spotlights. New skirtings and architrave fitted and finished with new carpet. All finished to a Matt white look. Looks fresh 👌🏻

Doors recently finished on a job in saltash , double door set hung into the front room , and a sliding door set fitted going into the kitchen area. Both sets with pre finished oak glazed doors and black ironmongery. Beautiful finish to the freshly decorated rooms 👌🏻

Seem to have a run of stairs lately , another project recently completed updating a staircase with new twisted newel post and matching spindles. Newel post scarfed onto the existing base of the post , with Oak handrail and top caps to finish. Oak handrail with white brackets fitted on the exterior walls for extra support for the customer to tie it all together . All ready for final decoration 👌🏻

Another staircase project recently completed , converting the old and dated pine into a sleek and modern looking oak staircase with black metal spindles. Utilised the existing bespoke drawer system on the side with some new drawer fronts , and made some under stair storage with an adapted Holdenby door to match the existing doors cut down to size.
All the existing newels were utilised with oak cladding kits and modern square handrails.
All oak oiled to finish , ready for final decoration and new stair carpets to finish 👌🏻
