💧Tap repair 💧

Called to a customer who had damaged their kitchen sink tap. After checking the issue we found that the pull out hose had snapped on the connection to the spout.

We called the supplier they were extremely helpful and managed to help my customer by contacting the company who make the tap and get the replacement parts to repair the tap.

Once the parts arrived we quickly replaced the damaged part and got the customer back up and running. Another happy customer.

💩 dropped pipe 💩

Called to a repeat Blockage on a private septic tank and filter bed, we cleared the blockage and checked with the camera. Found the pipe had dropped and a large stone in the line.

We dug down and found there was a large void from the effluent not going into the tank. After exposing more of the pipe we removed the damaged Pipework and replaced with new a new 4”line into the tank.

Once repaired we tested the line and confirmed with a camera look see survey.

Another job completed and a happy customer.

💩Call Out💩

Got called out to blockage, quick rod and removed some solidified fat from the trap. Toilet tested and flowing well. The customer has just moved in, advised them if it’s a regular issue then they can be removed and straight pipe through.

💩Pump call out💩

We were called out today for a private pump not work, we quickly reset the pump for the customer and a quick clean of the floats and tested to insure working correctly. Left another happy customer.

💧 No job to small 💧

When it comes to a small leak water can really cause damage over time if left. This was a simple fix where the toilet cistern bolt had snapped, we quickly replaced and got the customer back up and running.

💩Call Out 💩

Over the Weekend we have had a call for a blocked external stack we arrived and cleared the stack within the hour of the call. Leaving the customer very happy.

💧Call Out 💧To water coming through the ceiling, we identified it was coming from the cylinder cupboard. On inspection found the leak coming from the filling loop also due to no maintenance both the TPRV and combination valve where letting by. We sorted the problem and left the customer happy.

Saturday Evening Job Completed ✅

A blocked gully was causing problems for our customer this evening, so we attended promptly, cleared the blockage using high-pressure jetting equipment, and thoroughly washed down the surrounding area before leaving.

Another drainage issue resolved quickly and professionally, with everything left clean, tidy, and flowing as it should.
