Mount Gould 🔨

Is your chimney looking tired, letting in water and damp, or render falling away?

This disused chimney was letting driving rain in through the open pots, moisture getting in the cracks behind the damaged render and causing water marks and damp issue into the bedroom ceilings. ☔️

Our team completed a full hack off and rerender, sand and cement scratch coat with a gp Kmix top coat and install chimney cowls to stop water getting in through the pots! ☂️ 🔨

Crownhill 🔨

Our customer wanted to renew the main house roof while leaving the newer extension roofs completely undisturbed.

We carefully stripped the existing roof and installed a brand-new Spanish slate roof fixed using slate hooks, providing a durable, clean finish with excellent longevity.

To preserve the property’s original character and ensure the new roof blended seamlessly with the existing extensions, we carefully reused the original clay ridge tiles, maintaining a matching aesthetic across the entire property.

⚠️ Please Read & Share – Protect Our Community from Rogue Roofers ⚠️

We’re seeing a worrying increase in reports of scam roofers operating across Cornwall — and they’re costing people thousands.

It often starts with a simple offer: “Your roof looks damaged, we can fix it for £1,300.”

But once they start…
- Suddenly it’s “rotten rafters”
- And the bill jumps to £20,000+

These traders may:
- Arrive in unmarked vans
- Advertise online or doorstep residents
- Pretend to be reputable local companies
