🌿 Garden Transformation: From Worn Lawn to a Fresh New Finish

What a difference! 👏

This garden started with a tired, patchy lawn that was struggling to stay looking its best. The aim was to create a smart, practical and low-maintenance outdoor space that could look great throughout the year.

We stripped out the existing lawn and carried out the full ground preparation, including additional drainage to help deal with excess water. The area was then properly prepared, levelled and compacted before the artificial grass was professionally installed and finished neatly against the existing paving and raised borders.

The result speaks for itself. 💚 A crisp, vibrant lawn that completely lifts the garden, while keeping all of the established plants and surrounding landscaping intact.

If your lawn is constantly muddy, patchy or simply taking too much work to maintain, artificial grass could completely change the way you use your garden.

Putting right what was underneath 🏡🔨

This job turned out to be a lot more than simply replacing a pathway.

The previous contractor had brought the ground levels up far too high against the property, covering the air bricks and DPC (damp-proof course). This was restricting ventilation and had the potential to contribute to damp and moisture issues within the property.

To put things right, we removed approximately 3.5 tonnes of soil and material, bringing the external ground levels back down and properly exposing the air bricks and DPC.

Once the levels were corrected, we rebuilt the pathway with new paving, gravel and tidy edging, leaving a clean, practical finish while addressing the important issues underneath.

3.5 tonnes removed ✅
Ground levels corrected ✅
Air bricks & DPC exposed ✅
New pathway installed ✅

Sometimes it’s not just about making something look better. It’s about making sure the job is done properly from the ground up. 🧱

🌳 Works Completed for Plymouth Council 🌳

Another successful project completed, this time on behalf of Plymouth Council. ✅

Our team carried out extensive tree, hedge and vegetation clearance along this busy roadside and public footpath, removing overgrown growth and carefully managing the works to keep the area safe and accessible.

Following the clearance, we installed a new timber post-and-rail fence, creating a strong, tidy and professional boundary and giving the whole area a much cleaner finish.

🌿 Tree & vegetation clearance
🪚 Site clearance and green-waste removal
🚧 Safe management of works alongside the public highway
🪵 New timber post-and-rail fencing
🧹 Full tidy-up on completion

Proud to have completed these works for Plymouth Council.

From overgrown boundaries to a clean, secure and professionally finished site, another job completed to a high standard. 🌳

Apologies for being a bit quiet on social media recently, it’s been all systems go and we have a back log of projects we have completed, so watch this space.

This is one we have recently completed in Eggbuckland, and what a transformation.

A dead space that just wasn’t working for the garden and now a magical space that they can sit, chill and plant up how they want.

The team have grafted here as there is no easy access, so it all had to be carried out in buckets. 🥵
