This week we’re introducing Lee, one of our highly experienced Gas Engineers 🔧👨🏻‍🔧

If your boiler needs a service or you’ve got any gas maintenance related issues, there’s a good chance you’ll find Lee on the job. With years of experience under his belt, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack for diagnosing even the most troublesome boilers to get to the root of the problem.

When he’s not fixing boilers, he enjoys winding down at the pub with a few well earned beers. 🍻
He is known for his friendly personality and brilliant sense of humour, Lee is a pleasure to be around and always brings plenty of laughs to the team! 🤩

No job is ever too much, whatever the time of day, he’s always willing to put himself out to help and will go above and beyond to make sure our customers are taken care of.

A flawless finish from every angle 😮‍💨👌🏻🤩

Jack & Aimee came to us with a vision and it was great for L Bailey Plumbing & Heating to bring this to life. This project included a bespoke media wall with a dropped ceiling, completely transforming the living room.

A brand new timber frame work to help create the feature wall, it was then boarded and plastered to create that seamless look. Incorporating recessed shelving and feature niches ready for the final touches. 😍

The existing wiring was completely ripped out and replaced, allowing everything to be integrated perfectly. TV, electric fire and LED lighting within the shelving and niches are all hardwired for a clean, cable free finish.

A special mention to .electrical.ltd for all electrical works for the plastering and for the decorating. Top work as always. 👏

We always appreciate customers coming back to us, so a huge thank you to Jack & Aimee for trusting us again. It was a pleasure working with you both and we’re really pleased with how this one turned out 😍

Another major commercial project taking shape. 👷‍♂️🔧

✅ Over door heaters & wall mounted electric panel heaters
✅ Drainage to A/C cassette units

From first fix through to final commissioning, every installation is carried out with precision, quality and attention to detail.

Just another example of the quality of work from Chris & the team 👌

This project was anything but straightforward. It involved installing a new gas main, installing a solenoid valve to the existing boiler, relocating both the boiler and water heater from one end of the building to the other and installing all new heating, hot & cold water pipework throughout the building.

Jobs like this require careful planning, precision and a real eye for detail. Every section of pipework has been measured, routed and installed to an exceptionally high standard. 👏🏼👏🏼

⭐ Meet the Team ⭐

This week, we’re introducing Jason, our Contracts Manager! 😎

Jason joined L Bailey Plumbing & Heating at just 17 years old as an apprentice. Back then, he had a full head of hair... these days, not so much!

There was a time when Lance used to spend Sunday evenings wondering whether Jason would be turning up on Monday after a weekend out! Fast forward to today, and you couldn’t ask for anyone more reliable. As Lance’s right hand man, Jason is someone he can always count on and together they’re a great duo.

Jason plays a huge part in keeping the company running smoothly. He’s the one making sure everything is organised, jobs are on track, everything is in order and nothing gets missed. Whether it’s pricing new projects, coordinating current work, visiting sites or solving problems as they arise, Jason helps keep the whole job moving.

You’ll usually find him either glued to his chair or power walking around the office on the phone getting his steps in while juggling current jobs, pricing new projects and visiting homes, businesses and sites to keep everything on track.

From apprentice to Contracts Manager - what a journey it’s been. Thanks for everything you do, Jason... and try not to stress too much! 😉👏
