We're excited to share that planning permission has been approved for one of our latest residential schemes in Plymouth 🏡✨

The scheme provides six high-quality three-bedroom family homes, replacing an underused site with much-needed housing in an established residential area. Each home benefits from private outdoor space, dedicated parking and a design approach that carefully considers scale, layout and materials to complement its surroundings 🌿

With planning now in place, the project will progress into the next stages of detailed design and preparation for construction. We’re really looking forward to seeing this development take shape.

✨ Celebrating emerging talent at AUP!🎓

Last night, we had the pleasure of attending the AUP Graduate Show Industry Night, where Suzie from our team was invited to present a ‘Best in Show’ award.

It’s always a highlight for us to see the incredible work being produced by the next generation of designers – full of creativity, thoughtfulness, and fresh perspective. The standard this year was incredibly high, and choosing just one winner was no easy task!

Huge congratulations to all the students for their inspiring work and wish you all the best of luck with your futures. It was a pleasure talking to you all and hearing about your fantastic work. Keep shining!

Special thanks to Arts University Plymouth for having us, and to everyone who made the evening so enjoyable.

Progress on site in Plymouth 🚧

Work is well underway on our latest student accommodation project for Bryce Properties, with the structural frame now in place and the building beginning to take shape.

It’s always exciting to visit site and see the transformation from concept to construction. We’ve shared a sketch visual too — a reminder of the journey from early design to what’s now emerging on site 👷‍♂️📐

✨ Kitchen Reveal ✨

We’re excited to share a glimpse at this newly completed kitchen inside this stunning historic home in South Devon.

While the client carefully selected all fixtures and finishes, our team worked closely with them to reimagine the layout and optimise the use of space.

We’ve loved being part of this exciting project so far and look forward to the next chapter!

✨ Sneak Peek: The Dolphin Hotel ✨

We’re excited to share a glimpse of one of our current projects—the transformation of the historic Dolphin Hotel in Southampton into boutique student accommodation 🏛️🎓

This building, with connections to Jane Austen and Queen Victoria, is being sensitively renovated, preserving its rich history while incorporating modern design elements to create a functional and inspiring space for students. We can't wait to see this incredible project come to life!

🎉 Planning success!

We’re really pleased to have secured approval for our student accommodation scheme in Southampton City Centre 📍

This project will see the development of 162 student rooms built above the existing car park next to the former Dolphin Hotel – a site we’re also helping to transform into student accommodation 🎓🏙️

The scheme builds upon a previously approved residential design, adapted to suit a new student living model while working harmoniously with its surroundings. The new accommodation will share facilities with the converted hotel building, creating a vibrant student hub in the city centre ✨

Big thanks to everyone involved! 👏

Excited to share that Phase 1 is now complete at Alston Hall! Check it out here 👇🏼

We’ve loved working closely with the client and team throughout the design process to help bring everything together. Huge thanks to Keith Elliott Construction Ltd - KEC for delivering this epic first phase to such a high standard, and on a tight programme. Amazing team effort all round!

A beautiful result that reflects the clients vision—looking forward to seeing the next stages take shape.
