100% Stainless Ltd

We’ve been working on so many different projects recently — all shapes, sizes and styles — we don’t know which ones to share first! 😅

So let’s start with one we finished today… 👌

✨ Two fully bespoke, cantilevered stainless steel marine grade 316 balconies

✨ Frameless Pure Vista Infinity system

✨ large spaning 21.5mm toughened & laminated glass

✨ Cladco composite decking

✨ Designed, fabricated & installed by our team

And what a location… overlooking the stunning Millbay Marina! ⚓️🌊

What makes this project particularly special for us is that both of our clients are themselves very highly skilled fabricators and machinists — more than capable of undertaking this type of work.

So for them to choose
100% Stainless Ltd to design, fabricate and install their balconies is one of the biggest compliments we could receive. When fellow professionals put their trust in your workmanship, it speaks volumes — and it’s a privilege we genuinely appreciate. 🙌

Another cracking job completed by the 100% Stainless team. 💪

🔧 100% Stainless is signing off for the week! 🍻

The boys have been absolutely hammering the jobs lately and working incredibly hard, so we’ve decided it’s time for a bit of well-earned downtime.

Tools down, work boots off… and we’re at Butlin’s Ibiza weekend! 😎🍻🎶

A massive thank you to the whole team for all the hard work they’ve been putting in. Now it’s time to switch off, have a laugh and enjoy ourselves.

Normal service will resume next week… hopefully with everyone still in one piece! 😂

Have a great weekend from all the team at 100% Stainless! 🍻

TEMPORARY LABOUR REQUIRED

With our workload above and beyond our normal capacity, we’re looking for an extra pair of hands to join us for the next couple of months, possibly through until Christmas.

Just to be clear from the outset, this position is purely a temporary as we are not looking to permanently expand the company.

The role will be very varied, undertaking tasks within our workshop, in and around the business park, assisting our installation teams on site, along with helping with various other tasks that need completing, it’s literally all hands on deck right now!! 😅

You don’t need to be a qualified welder or fabricator — although any experience would certainly be a welcome bonus. You’ll be working alongside our friendly experienced, fully qualified team, so any training required to undertake a task will be provided, along with all necessary PPE to ensure all work is carried out safely.

You must be hands-on, reliable, have plenty of common sense, a good attitude and, a sense of humour is a must!! Also a driving licence would be a plus but not essential.

Good rate of pay for the right candidate.

⚠️ BUT there is one downside…

YOU WILL ACTUALLY HAVE TO WORK! 😂

We appreciate this may rule a few people out and put some off!

Interested? Then please email:

A prestigious Tavistock project we’re proud to have played a part in.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media recently, simply because we’ve been incredibly busy with project after project — but this one is definitely worth sharing.

It has been a relatively small part on our behalf, but it’s been a genuine privilege working alongside Cornwall Glass on the transformation of the Old Mill in Tavistock, a building many local people will remember as the former Lawsons premises.

On a personal note, I remember visiting this building as a child with my family, so it’s particularly nice to see such a well-known Tavistock landmark being given a completely new lease of life.

The beautifully restored building will shortly become the new Julian Foye furniture store, a family business first established in 1862 — an incredible achievement in itself.

With the new Tavistock store due to open at the beginning of September, it’s fantastic to see this historic building brought back into use and beginning the next chapter of its story.

A big thank you to Cornwall Glass for involving 100% Stainless Ltd in such a prestigious project. We’re very proud to have played our part. 👌🏼

We do love a bit of upcycling… especially when it’s a proper “Built Not Bought” hobby shop evening project! ❤️

We’ve been scratching our heads for a while trying to come up with something different for the F100’s centre console and drinks holder… then the lightbulb moment happened while wandering around the brilliant Bogey KnightsBogey Army Surplus Store! 💡

An old military am******on tin… perfect! 💥

Strong, full of character, built to last and it suits the truck’s industrial inspired style perfectly. Best of all… it only cost £20! 👌🏼

A few hours later, this was the result…

✅ Modified and fabricated into a bespoke centre console
✅ Machined stainless steel cup holders
✅ Bespoke stainless mounting bracket
✅ Finished in tough 2K Raptor coating
✅ Charcoal fleece-lined interior to stop everything rattling around

From an old ammo tin to a one-off practical centre console in around 3 hours… proving that with a bit of imagination you can turn almost anything into something unique.

It might not all be stainless steel, but at 100% Stainless Ltd we’re fabricators at heart, and projects like this show that if you can dream it, we can usually build it! 😍👌🏼
