🚧 A little update from the Top Cover Roofing Specialists team... 🏠
Firstly, thank you to everyone who has liked, shared and followed our new page since we announced the launch. The support has honestly been incredible! 👏
We've had quite a few messages asking when we'll be taking bookings, so we thought we'd give you a little behind-the-scenes update...
Although we're getting closer every day, we're not quite ready to open the diary just yet—and that's completely intentional.
We're taking the time to build Top Cover properly from the ground up, because first impressions matter and we want to launch a company that we're genuinely proud of.
At the moment we're busy:
👷 Recruiting and building specialist roofing teams
📋 Completing compliance checks and onboarding
🛡️ Ensuring all insurances, policies and accreditations are in place
🎓 Putting robust health & safety procedures in place
👕 Designing our branded workwear and PPE
🚐 Preparing our fleet and ordering specialist roofing equipment
💻 Building a customer portal so you'll be able to track your project, view documents, photos and progress online
📸 Creating a professional experience from your very first enquiry through to project completion
Could we start taking bookings today? Probably.
But we'd rather launch knowing every part of the business meets the standard we've set ourselves than rush things and compromise the experience for our customers.
When we do officially open our books, we'll be celebrating with exclusive introductory offers for our first customers as a thank you for supporting a brand-new local business.
