On July 24th, we honoured our entire security team whose dedication and vigilance keep our staff, patients, and facilities safe every single day.
While we celebrate everyone across Crown Security, we are proud to highlight four outstanding team members for their Outstanding Excellence:
⭐ Officer Sulaiman (Watford General): Recognised for exemplary performance and a steadfast commitment to excellence. He repeatedly demonstrates an extraordinary ability to navigate high-pressure situations with poise and grace, while always going above and beyond to protect and support those around him.
⭐ Officer Kelvin (Watford General): Honored for his incredible adaptability and dedication. Whether stepping up to cover shifts on short notice or seamlessly transitioning into an acting Supervisor role with clear leadership and sound judgment, Kelvin is a highly valued asset to our team.
⭐ Officers Faz & Ejaz (Hemel Hempstead): Celebrated for knowing the Hemel Hempstead site like no other. Their sharp eyes, constant vigilance, and deep understanding of the premises ensure our community stays safe day in and day out.
💜 Special Recognition: Celebrating Women in Security: We also want to give special recognition to the amazing women on the Crown Security team.
