About Us
Olympia Electrical is a growing electrical company looking for an experienced and proactive administrator to help bring structure, organisation, and efficiency to our day-to-day operations.
This is not a traditional admin role where every process is already in place. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, identify better ways of working, and help create systems and processes that support the business as it grows.
The Role
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:
Managing company emails and correspondence
Scheduling jobs and coordinating diaries
Creating and sending invoices
Following up outstanding payments
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting day-to-day business operations
Developing and improving administrative processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
Providing general administrative support as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration or operations experience
Is highly organised and self-motivated
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Is confident making decisions and solving problems
Has excellent communication skills
Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Enjoys creating structure and improving processes
Has experience in a trade, construction, electrical, or service-based business (desirable but not essential)
