Another flat roof completed 👌

The existing roof was stripped back and we found sections of the chipboard decking had deteriorated and started to sag.

All damaged areas were cut out and replaced with new OSB3, giving us a solid base to work from. We then installed a new two-layer torch-on felt system, finished with new perimeter details and leadwork to the wall.

A proper job and a massive improvement from what was there before and comes with a 20 year guarantee.

Another flat roof completed this week in Saltash 💪

This roof had reached the end of its service life, with extensive rot throughout the existing deck. We stripped everything back, renewed the roof using brand new 18mm OSB3 boards, and installed a premium two layer torch on felt system backed by a 20 year guarantee.

We also cut a brand new lead chase and installed new Code 4 lead flashings to ensure a long lasting watertight finish.

To finish the job off nicely we renewed the fascia boards, guttering and downpipes giving the roof a clean finish.

Flat roof restoration completed in South Devon ✔️

This project involved upgrading an existing GRP system that had started to show minor cracking. While not urgent, carrying out this work now helps prevent future issues and gives the roof a fresh, clean finish.

The surface was fully prepared with a pressure wash, sanded back, cleaned thoroughly, and primed before installing a liquid plastic system with reinforcement — finished with a durable top coat for a seamless, waterproof result.

Another tidy job completed 👍
