🏃‍♀️ SHE DID IT! 🏅👏

A huge well done to our very own Jess, who completed the AEPG Great Eastern Run Half Marathon yesterday! 💪

Jess took on the 13.1 mile challenge to raise money for Little Miracles Charity, a fantastic local charity supporting children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions, along with their families. 🌈❤️

And don’t let that smile fool you! 😂 It was tough, it hurt, and there were moments when every step was a challenge!

But Jess had two very important reasons to keep going. ❤️

Firstly, to raise money for a charity that does incredible things for local families.

And secondly, to show her children that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. Things won’t always be easy, sometimes they’ll hurt and take a lot of hard work, but with determination and perseverance, anything is possible. 💪

We’re incredibly proud of Jess for pushing through the pain and getting across that finish line!

👏 13.1 miles, a fantastic cause and a brilliant example of determination and never giving up!

Well done, Jess! 🧡💙

We look after our customers, and that starts with honest advice.

We won’t recommend spending money if you don’t need to. If your system can be repaired properly, we’ll explore that option. If it needs replacing, we’ll explain why.

We’re passionate about installing reliable, lasting systems that you’ll be happy with, and being there to support you afterwards.

📹 Another site secured in Peterborough!

Our engineers have completed the installation of a brand new CCTV and ANPR system for a commercial site in Peterborough.

The new system gives the customer clear coverage across the site, alongside Automatic Number Plate Recognition, allowing vehicles entering and leaving the premises to be captured and identified.

A great upgrade that gives them:

👀 High-quality CCTV coverage
🚗 ANPR monitoring of vehicles
🔐 Improved security across the site
📱 Easy access to footage when needed
💡 A system designed around their premises and requirements

Another commercial site protected by Absolut Security. 💙🧡

Looking to upgrade your CCTV or improve security at your premises? We can design, install and maintain a system that works for your business.

⚡ A little throwback to a last minute call out at the end of August!

After Alderman Jacob’s Primary School was hit by lightning, our team attended to rectify their intruder alarm system and get their security back on track.

Unexpected problems happen. Having a dependable team to call makes all the difference. 💙🧡

We support over 80 schools across the region with their fire and security systems, from installation to ongoing maintenance and support.

🚨 A new cupboard shouldn’t create a fire safety problem.

It looks lovely, but the fire alarm system was overlooked during planning. The panel has been enclosed inside the cupboard, leaving this particular installation non-compliant and needing remedial work.

A refurbishment can change more than the appearance of your premises. New walls, cupboards and room layouts can affect your existing fire and security systems.

Get us involved before the builders start.

At Absolut Security Solutions, we can review your plans, identify the changes needed and help you avoid expensive corrections after the work is finished.

🔨 Refurbishing, extending or changing your business premises?

📩 Message Absolut Security Solutions today. A conversation at the planning stage could save you time, money and a fire safety headache.

🛡️ Protect what matters

Behind every fire alarm, CCTV camera and intruder alarm is something worth protecting.

📞 When you call Absolut, there’s someone there to answer.

Something we don’t talk about enough is the team behind our engineers.

At Absolut Security, we have 2 full time office staff AND 2 directors who are office based.

Why does that matter to our customers?

Because running a great fire and security company isn’t just about what happens on site.

It means:

📞 Your calls and emails are answered
📅 Jobs and servicing are properly scheduled
📝 Quotes and paperwork are dealt with promptly
🔧 Our engineers have office support while they’re out on the road
🚨 Urgent issues can be dealt with quickly
💬 You’re kept updated rather than having to constantly chase
👥 And if you need to speak to a decision maker, our directors are accessible too

We know one of the biggest frustrations when dealing with contractors can simply be getting hold of someone.

That’s why we’ve invested in having a proper office team behind the scenes.

Our engineers can concentrate on doing what they do best, while our office team makes sure our customers are looked after from the first phone call through to ongoing maintenance.

It’s all part of the service.

Local team. Real people. Proper support.

👷‍♂️ Back to the classroom… and up in the air!

Our engineers are back on an IPAF training course, keeping their knowledge, qualifications and safe working practices up to date.

At Absolut Security, training isn’t a one off exercise. We continually invest in our team to make sure our engineers have the right skills and qualifications to work safely and professionally across the wide range of sites we look after.

From schools and commercial premises to warehouses and industrial sites, our engineers regularly need to work at height to install and maintain fire and security systems.

Keeping our team trained means keeping them safe, keeping our customers safe and making sure every job is completed to the standards we expect at Absolut. 💙🧡

Always learning. Always improving. Always investing in our team.
