The amazing team is continuing to make great progress at Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, carrying out a programme of fire door installations and remedial works across the centre 🔥

With nearly half of the planned works now complete, the project is progressing smoothly and we're continuing to work carefully around the centre's busy occupiers to keep disruption to a minimum.

The works include upgrading internal service and back-of-house fire doors across the complex, helping to ensure they provide the necessary protection in the event of a fire.

It's great to see the project moving forward, and we're looking forward to continuing the work and bringing the remaining areas up to the required standard.

Now that the work at Unit 7 & 8 at Meadow Park has been completed, we’re excited to share the finished transformation and the difference a fresh, modern exterior can make! 🙌

Through a complete repaint and refresh, the project modernised the building’s appearance, creating a brighter, more welcoming environment while ensuring it complemented the surrounding buildings.

Meadow Park forms part of the East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust, an organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality community healthcare services across the region.

With summer comes festivals, fairs, markets, concerts and outdoor events across the UK ☀️

Major Fire & Electrical Works Underway at Redborne Upper School This Summer! ☀️

We are carrying out extensive fire alarm and emergency lighting works across the North Side of the building, covering all levels and remaining blocks, including first and second fix, with works progressing throughout July and August

We’re undertaking extensive electrical rewiring, new cabling and underground works, alongside additional asbestos surveys

We’re working to complete the project in time for the young people and staff to return to a safer environment. It’s a complex project, but the end result will be significantly improved safety throughout the building

(And don’t worry about all those wires everywhere… we promise they won’t still be there when everyone comes back! 😉🔌)

The project is nearly complete, with just the newly painted front entrance to finish things off! 👏

One of the biggest changes has been the complete refresh of the building's exterior. The tired brown and yellow colour scheme has been replaced with a crisp white and grey finish.

It's made a huge difference to the overall appearance, giving the building a brighter, more welcoming presence from the moment you arrive, matching the other surrounding buildings.

When it comes to healthcare settings, first impressions matter. Creating spaces that feel modern, clean and inviting helps put patients, visitors and staff at ease from the moment they arrive.

We can't wait to share the finished transformation once the newly painted front door is in place! 🙌

Our team is currently on site at Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, carrying out a programme of fire door installations and remedial works across the centre 🔥

The project includes work within and behind some of the site's most recognisable businesses, including Cineworld, Five Guys, Subway, Hungry Horse, and several other occupiers.

We're upgrading internal service and back-of-house fire doors throughout the complex to help ensure they perform as intended in the event of a fire.

Every fire door we install plays a vital role in containing fire and smoke, protecting escape routes, and enhancing the building's fire safety. We're proud to be supporting Jarman Park in improving the safety of its premises while allowing businesses to continue operating with minimal disruption.
