Another great job completed this week ✔️

We upgraded an old consumer unit to a modern, safer setup, giving much better protection for the property. We also installed a new Ring doorbell and porch light to improve security and visibility at the front of the home.

Upstairs, we replaced the existing pendant with 3 new downlights on the landing — making a big difference by brightening up the stairs and creating a much safer, well-lit space.

All work carried out for a lovely elderly lady, making her home safer, brighter, and more comfortable to move around in.

⚡ Another busy day on the tools! ⚡

Today was all about carrying out EICR inspections to make sure electrical installations are safe, compliant, and ready for continued use. Every circuit tested and checked thoroughly to identify any potential issues before they become bigger problems.

Electrical safety inspections are essential for landlords, businesses, and homeowners — not just to stay compliant, but to keep people and properties safe.

Another property ready for the rental market ✅

Full electrical upgrade completed including a brand new consumer unit and tidy up all cables to bring everything up to modern safety standards. The setup is now safer, cleaner, and ready for the next tenants.

We always make sure our customers properties are properly prepared before they go back on the market — safe electrics, compliant installations, and a professional finish.

Now ready for new tenants to move in.

Big milestone reached! 👏
Phase one is officially complete with the renovation of 4 x 1–2 bed houses finished.

We’re now moving into phase two, transforming the former pub into 4 new modern flats.
Looking forward to sharing more as the project progresses!
