We managed to get out both immersions heaters and change them for brand new ones, saving the customer a-lot of money. A blocked air separator is a common problem on older systems and can cause the heating to run inefficiently or even stop it working entirely

This air separator had been on the system for over 20 years. We changed it out and got the heating working perfectly again
