A different kind of progress update from AK Retail Group. ⚡

Our team is currently working on a major cable pull as part of the ongoing warehouse fit-out.

In a space of this scale, that means routing high-volume power, data and fibre optic lines across vast open floorplates, using high-level cable trays to keep everything safely organised and exactly where it needs to be.

It’s a huge amount of infrastructure that most people will never notice once the fit-out is complete, but it’s essential to keeping a modern warehouse powered, connected and operational.

Plenty happening above our heads on this one.

Sometimes progress means digging down before building up. 👷

Works are underway preparing the floor for new floor plates, while high-level cable trays are being installed overhead to carry the services the space will rely on.

From what happens beneath your feet to what runs above your head, every part of the infrastructure has to be carefully planned and coordinated.

It might not be the finished result yet, but this is where it all starts coming together.
