Swipe to meet the minds (and muscle) behind Virtue Property! ➡️

Meet Kyl and Matt - our Co-Directors, team leaders, and the guys making sure your property projects run seamlessly from start to finish.

Since they’re usually the ones getting hands-on on site, we thought we’d introduce the men behind the hard hats:

⛳ KYL
When he’s not leading the team or planning our next big project, you’ll find Kyl making the most of family time with his kids, jet-setting whenever he gets the chance, or on the golf course attempting to fix a persistent slice.

🍻 MATT
We’ll be honest… Matt’s a bit more of a man of mystery. But based on strict office research (and photographic evidence), we know three fundamental truths about him: he loves getting stuck into a project, he adores spending time with his family, and he firmly believes a cold b**r paired with a tube of Pringles counts as a balanced diet. 🥔🍺

Together, they bring the perfect mix of hard work, banter, and high standards to every single job.

🏁 They made it! Bonkers in Barcelona is complete! 🚗💨

Remember Geoff, Graeme, Garry and Keith from our clients at Ellipta, heading for Barcelona in a car that cost less than £500? They crossed the finish line! 🎉

Their 2005 Ford Focus, Barcelona Bella, covered almost 1,000 miles, and she didn't make it easy. 😅 Electrical problems, overheating, misfiring and more roadside repairs than they'd like to admit! 🔧 The biggest test was the Pyrenees where Bella battled up the steep mountain roads before rolling triumphantly into Barcelona. 🏔️🇪🇸

Mission complete, the team flew home and left Bella to enjoy a well-earned Spanish retirement. ✈️☀️

Best of all, they raised over £12,000 for Trust, helping provide round-the-clock care for adults with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities. ❤️

We were proud to sponsor the team and follow every mile. Huge well done, Team Ellipta! 👏💙

A fresh new look for this beautiful conservatory. 🎨

After resolving a persistent leak from the skylight, our team replaced the glass and removed two wooden beams, allowing more natural light to flood into the room.

We then completed a full repaint of the conservatory, bin store and rear gate, giving the property a clean and refreshed finish.

🚗💨 And they’re off!

Today marks day one of the Bonkers in Barcelona challenge for our clients at Ellipta Ltd! 🏁

The team - Geoff, Graeme, Garry, and Keith - are driving from Dover to Barcelona in just 3 days. The catch? Their car couldn't cost more than £500! 🚙

It’s a wild ride for a truly inspiring cause... they’re raising funds for Martha Trust, an incredible charity providing round-the-clock residential care for adults with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities.

They’ve already raised nearly £12,000, directly helping residents live active, fulfilling, and happy lives.

At Virtue, we’re proud to cheer on our clients when they go above and beyond for the community. Safe travels to the whole team - may the £500 banger hold up all the way to Spain! 🇪🇸👏
