**BOOKING DEPOSIT UPDATE**

Unfortunately not a post we wanted to put together but this week has been like nothing before. Five..yes FIVE no show bookings and a last minute cancellation minutes before appointment.

We have been very fortunate to have work that will cover this but it is not acceptable and won't be tolerated! All above bookings were not contactable via phone/text/email to explain why they did not turn up.

This breaks the trust we offer for customer bookings moving forward im afraid, therefore all slots will return to a £50.00 booking deposit which will be nonrefundable should you choose to not turn up. We will accept notice of 24 hours to reschedule but once only to remain fair and understanding that things can happen at short notice.

Disappointed is an understatement, almost 10 years in business and never had this happen in short space of time.

Thats us finished up for 2025, few days extra than planned but needs must to keep things moving!

Last working day of 2024 done for us!

Happy to announce we are now operating from our new purpose built premises! Having been at our Inveralmond location for over 5 years we had outgrown its size due to continued work volume and demand.

We have met and gained some amazing customers over the years and look forward to providing our services from our new building with more dedicated space and working areas.

This address is neighbouring to Perth Fire Station and Motorhome Hub Scotland Ltd, within a few minutes walk of St. Catherine's Retail Park and Perth City Centre. We figured this an ideal location for us as a business but also convenience of our customers both Trade and Public.

A massive thank you to all involved getting this place ready with us....long days/nights/weekends but definitely worth it. Still lots to do as we settle in but all will come together in time!
