🏡 Phase 2 Complete! 🏡

The project is officially wrapped, and what a final result! Following on from our deck build in Phase 1, we returned to construct a custom timber summerhouse straight onto the platform.

Here’s what went into Phase 2:

Timber Frame Construction: Assembled a heavy-duty structural framework designed specifically to integrate seamlessly with the existing deck.

Roofing & Shingles: Built out the hip roof structure and finished it with durable black roof shingles for year-round weather protection.

Glazing & Openings: Installed full-height glass panels, opening windows for ventilation, and matching double doors to maximize natural light and views.

Cladding & Finish: Enclosed the rear walls with quality timber cladding for privacy and shelter while maintaining that open, airy feel out front.

This garden space is now ready for every season—whether it’s enjoying the summer sun on the open deck or taking in the views from inside on cooler days.

Nothing beats a day in the woods—especially when the sun finally decides to show up! ☀️

We’ve just wrapped up a project for a local estate. It wasn't just about felling, it was about management. The goal was to open up the canopy to dry out the ground and remove any dead or dangerous timber.

Safety was the priority, so the dead and dangerous ones had to go. All the branches were chipped, and the Timber is now stacked in 3m lengths ready to be turned into firewood. 🪵🔥

A great result for the client and a much safer environment for the season ahead.

Gear used: Först TR6P & Yanmar Vio27 making light work of the heavy lifting.

Out with the old, in with the new! 🌳🪓

Another big hedge removal completed! This established Leylandii hedge had become a bit of a Monster - Blocking out light and requiring constant work to keep under control. We stepped in to give this garden its space back and provide a total clean slate.

Our process from start to finish:

• ✅ Section fell & dismantled the established hedge.
• ✅ Chipped everything on-site directly into the trailer for easy removal.
• ✅ Removed the stumps to leave the ground perfectly prepped.

The area is now ready for a brand-new Beech hedge, which will offer a classic look and be much easier for the homeowner to manage. 🍃
