Things are cracking on our end, the counter installation is now full steam ahead thanks to the miracle workers at Firmus Building Services Ltd, we've got some amazing lighting stuff going on courtesy of The Stirling Electrician & Scotia Eco Electrical Ltd and even though our plumber is too shy to be named, he is making the magic happen too.

Tonnes of stuff still to do but we're going as fast as we can. Please, please bear with us. We'll be here before you know it. Probably before we know it too, but that's just all part of the AliBob experience 😂

The law on fire alarms is changing. By February 2022, all homes in Scotland will be required to have interlinked fire alarms, meaning if one alarm goes off, they all go off. This will alert you to danger more quickly, no matter where you are in your home.

The new legislation requires all homes to have:
✅ One smoke alarm installed in the room most frequently used for general daytime living purposes
✅ One smoke alarm in every circulation space on each storey, such as hallways and landings
✅ One heat alarm installed in the kitchen
✅ All alarms should be ceiling mounted and interlinked
✅ Where there is a carbon-fuelled appliance, such as a boiler, fire (including open fires) and heater, a carbon monoxide detector is also required. This does not need to be linked to the fire alarms.

Its been a busy year this year @ S.E.E completing a HNC in Electrical Engineering becoming Approved & with Testing scope at military base in Falklands only two weeks from completion i am taking bookings for early next year ....may even do a few last minute jobs before xmas.

Great example of how cables drawing current give off heat , remember when using extension leads to run heaters etc fully uncoil them to let the heat dissapate ,

Ps S.E.E does not encourage the use of extension leads outside 😁
