🔨 New Kitchen Installation Completed in Crowlas! 🔨

We were recently contacted by a customer in Crowlas who wanted a complete kitchen replacement. As part of the project, we discovered that the existing floorboards were old and rotten, so we replaced them before beginning the kitchen installation to ensure a solid foundation for the new space.

Once the new floorboards were laid, we fitted a beautiful kitchen supplied by Howdens, featuring:

✅ Neff Slide & Hide twin oven
✅ Neff induction hob
✅ Granite compact sink
✅ Marble-effect laminate worktops

Due to limited space, the customer couldn't have the integrated fridge freezer they originally wanted. To overcome this, we designed and built a bespoke housing unit for the freestanding fridge freezer, creating a unique solution that looks fantastic and maximises the available space.

A huge thank you to Martin at M.Nicholls Electrical Electrical for all the electrical work on this project. This included installing a dedicated supply for the oven, as the existing circuit wasn't suitable, replacing all socket faceplates, wiring the extractor fan, hob and oven, and installing an additional socket for the microwave.

We're delighted with the finished result, and most importantly, so is the customer!

Cladding Replacement Completed ✅

This job involved completely removing and ripping off the old tired wooden cladding, along with stripping everything back ready for a full refresh. Once removed, we installed new breathable felt to help improve weather protection and durability before fitting the brand new anthracite grey UPVC cladding.

The new cladding has completely transformed the appearance of the property, giving it a much cleaner, modern look while also being low maintenance and built to withstand the Cornish weather for years to come.

We’d also like to say a big thank you to TP Roofing and Restorations for their excellent work on this project, making and installing 2 lead trays for the new windows, as well as fabricating and fitting a lead coping for the existing retaining wall. Quality workmanship throughout 👏

Also thank you to M.Nicholls Electrical for installing a new outside light, great work!

Really pleased with how this one has turned out from start to finish.
