So this softwashing job was a challenge. What I thought would turn out to be an easy job was in fact quite the opposite!
This property had around 30 years of grime & mould on it. I know this because i grew up next door to it 😬
This took 3 treatments, and to be honest it isn’t perfect. The paint work is showing its age, and what looks like patchiness is the paint fading or already gone after decades of weathering.
The importance of soft washing shows the deterioration of the paint work, showing the areas that need attention. If they decide to paint it, the prep work is already done 👍
A difficult job, but in the end we got the best results possible for the client.
