Hey guys been a while posting. Still balls to the wall ATM. Been a complete array of jobs recently. It's been non stop breakdowns and servicing of gas, oil, heat pumps and air con.

Good news tho, heat pumps are back in stock and I'm back on them next week going forward. Air con is still low stock so still have to wait for those jobs to come back in towards the end of the year. But we have a heap lined up so can't wait to sink my teeth into that.

It's gonna be a very busy winter so please bare with me I am only a one man band and try my best to get everyone sorted In a timely matter. But sometimes it's outta my hands there's only so many hours in a week.

Dog post alert!

Sitting down stressing about getting hold of equipment, all my suppliers are out of stock of heat pumps and air conditioning. Which if I'm honest (and playing it down a bit) has been a bit of a pain in the bum. Loads of work priced up and accepted and I can't do any of it.

I can only apologise to my customers but it is far from my control. I'm a tad stressed after delaying so much work and phone call after phone call to no avail. I'm stuck in limbo because I don't wanna take any more work on because the equipment could land any time and then I'd be knackered trying to fit it all in so ATM I'm running round doing all the smaller jobs I've been putting off.

The girls know when I'm stressed and always come over to make things better and they make everything better every time. Dogs are such a blessing to us humans I don't know where I'd be without them.

Due to there being no air conditioning units available at the moment I'm back on boilers and heat pumps.

Not gonna lie. 9 hours in a loft today was pretty minging. 🥵

I'm not prepared to let that stop me tho. Full combi swap, 1 floor of underfloor heating flushed and treated. New vertical flue and hydronic separation installed on the pipework leg for underfloor. New system filter and shock arrestor. I wired in the existing controls as it's on underfloor.

Believe it or not there was a 35kw boiler installed in this tiny house. The mind boggles, how much gas that has wasted since it's creation.

Everything I do is to make things cheaper and more economical for the customer. An over sized boiler over 10 years is a colossal waste of gas.

This boiler comes with a 10 year Worcester parts and labour guarantee.

Can't argue with that.

After a very sweaty day I had to take the crew swimming in our little part of paradise.

I will always share local businesses that I have good dealings with, I believe a strong community of highly recommended people is the workforce and backbone of any town/village.

Today is the flower pot girl from Newlyn. What an absolute pleasure it was having her do my front and back garden. Genuinely the most lovely person and attention to detail is incredible. Got rid of every w**d, bit of moss from my driveway. The place is gleaming. Proper local, proper good.

Back up college in Liskeard this week retaking my 5 year Core Gas qualifications. A nice chilled week sitting on my arse catching up with new regulations and updates. Tidy.

The bewty of having a self built campervan is home is where I park it, and this thing gets anywhere. Cheap accommodation and low blood pressure.

Great news!!! Now the weather is cooler, the team are all back together after their summer break. The slightly more hairy ones are back and we are full steam ahead.

All the pricing I've done recently all came back ACCEPTED, so now we gotta find somewhere to fit it in. 🥵

I actually can't believe how much work is around at the moment, it's bonkers. Long may it continue. I absolutely love serving my customers and very rarely leave the Penzance area. I must be doing something right.

Been absolute graft today, started this morning chemically cleaning the system after that a mains flush. When you are putting a new boiler in the system has to be cleaned of all the crud that has accumulated after years of lack of proper service.

A clean system and the boiler will last years.

Replaced with a New Worcester 8000+ combi boiler, new electrics, thermostat and controls, new shock arrestor and magnetic system filter to catch any rust from the radiators.

Everything built to building regs and comes with a 12 year Worcester parts and labour guarantee.

12 years worry free (as long and the yearly service schedule is kept). You can't argue with that

I install everything by myself and these are pretty hard core days. I certainly don't need the gym at the moment. 🤣 💪💪💪
