First part of Strip founds being poured ..the ground conditions weren't the best ..advised the engineer that we thought the site for benefit for a raft found but were told to carry on ... welll over 200cube so far with trench fill and strip foundations being done and not even half the founds being completed... I 100% think it would have been cheaper for the clint with a raft found ..
